I was hoping for setting my personal best for the 4.8 Km but
it was not so. I finished it in almost the usual time. I think I am always
struggling for the first 6 Km after which I get more energy and I am able to
run faster.
I am practicing Pranayama and meditation everyday without
fail. I am consuming good amount of water and having nutritious food and fruits
nowadays. I am more conscious on my food-intake which is the only source of
energy for my run.
